We spend so much time searching for happiness.
Some look for it in love. Others is money. Many in travel. The list could continue forever.
I now understand that happiness isn’t something you’ve lost, find, or create.
It’s always been inside of our very own bodies. It’s something we posses.
Happiness is inside of us and it shows when we decide to be happy. Not when we “find” it. We are either happy or we’re not.
